I am a qualified counsellor with a private practice in Cobh, Co Cork

I offer professional Counselling Services for individuals who are looking for a confidential and safe environment to talk about what is happening for them in their lives.

An initial Appointment will be offered.  This is an introductory meeting lasting 1 hour giving you a chance to meet face to face and ask any questions, while exploring your concerns. Following the initial meeting you may decide to continue with ongoing counselling, if appropriate, which is normally 1 hour per week.
